The Prettiest Fake Wedding Ever!

So, we Click Chicks/photo groupies got together for some lessons in off camera lighting from one of Portland’s best lighters – the magnificent and ever shooting Craig Mitchelldyer! (I might be sucking up a little, but for real, the man knows his way around a flash or two or eleven) So, behold – here all of the fun pictures I took with the beautiful natural light that was unfortunately streaming in through the huge diffused window. (Oops)

I definitely look for the light and try to just use natural light whenever possible, but that just isn’t always possible.  Craig showed us that knowing how to make flashes look natural and just enhance rather than overpower the natural light is a good skill to have.

So, thank you fake bride and groom, fake DJ and fake florist. (Ok, so these are all real people but just not for today). Thank you Bunn for organizing stuff and thank you Click Chicks for bringing in all of the awesome deco.
